Lift-a-Loft Customer Service and Parts departments are responsible for supporting tens of thousands of Lift-a-Loft units in service across North America and around the world. These departments work with dealers and customers to troubleshoot problems, offer advice and provide replacement parts. These departments are managed by individuals with over 45 years of combined Lift-a-Loft experience.

SERVICE, INSPECTION, AND TRAINING

  • ANNUAL INSPECTIONS (as required by ANSI).
    - ANSI requires that an annual inspection be performed on aerial work platforms. Inspections are to be performed by a qualified mechanic for the specific lift to be inspected. LIFT-A-LOFT Corporation has qualified mechanics. Available to perform annual inspections at customer locations.
  • FIELD SERVICE – LIFT-A-LOFT has qualified inspectors available to perform on site repairs to your aerial work platform.
  • IN HOUSE SERVICE – The LIFT-A-LOFT service department can perform major overhauls and undertake larger projects on site at the Muncie or Chicago facility. The LIFT-A-LOFT service department can perform overhaul and major repairs to many non-Lift-A-Loft products.
  • TRAINING –The following training courses are available on site at your location or at the LIFT-A-LOFT training facility in Muncie, IN. These training courses will include a factory certification upon successful completion of the course.
    - OPERATOR TRAINING / SAFETY TRAINING
    - PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TRAINING
    - TECHNICAL & MECHANICAL TRAINING – INTRODUCTORY
    - TECHNICAL & MECHANICAL TRAINING – ADVANCED
    - TRAIN THE TRAINER – OPERATOR TRAINING / SAFETY TRAINING
    - FREQUENT / ANNUAL INSPECTION TRAINING
